Over a period of six months (March – September 2017), committees are responsible for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data on existing programs and innovative, evidence-based programs nationwide. Completing a needs assessment (SWOT Analysis). Committees will then develop specific recommendations to the Steering Committee for potential funding.
